1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DealTracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using DealTracker on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service description
DealTracker provides a platform for managing corporate transactions, tracking obligations, and collaborating on deal execution. The service includes document management, AI-powered extraction, team collaboration, and reporting features.
3. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their workspace.
4. Data ownership
You retain all rights to the data you upload to DealTracker. We claim no intellectual property rights over your deal data, documents, or workspace content. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.
5. Service availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to workspace administrators in advance. Enterprise customers may have specific SLA terms in their service agreement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use DealTracker to store or transmit content that violates applicable law, infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other workspaces or systems.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, workspace administrators may export their data within 30 days. After that period, data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DealTracker's liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, unless otherwise agreed in an enterprise service agreement.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to workspace administrators at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
